Returns for Defective Goods
Products that are defective may be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase under the following conditions:
The item must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Only products with verified factory defects will qualify for a refund or replacement.
Defective goods can either be replaced or refunded, depending on availability.

Refunds for Defective Goods
Once the defective item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the result. If approved, the refund will be processed via EFT for the product amount.
